71st Meeting of the Administrative Board, 26 March 2004, Dublin
The March meeting of the governing board of the Foundation adopted the Annual Report and the draft Budget for 2005. In accordance with the new Financial Regulation the Acting Director presented the first Activity Report of the Authorising Officer outlining strategic financial and management activities during the year.
