Research Manager - Human Resources Management Specialist

Description: This a new position based in the Industrial Relations and Workplace Development research unit of Eurofound. The successful candidate will play a leading role in developing Eurofound’s competence in the areas of work organisation, work-life balance, productivity, innovation capacity, motivation and the development of human capital from a company perspective.

The competition is open to candidates who are EU nationals and who have at least 6 years post-graduate professional experience in the relevant areas, including 3 years at management level.

The role requires a very good understanding of the subject matter areas listed above and an appreciation, based on experience, of how they impact from a company perspective.

Finance Assistant

Operations Officer

Director of Eurofound (Grade AD 14)

Description: The Director of Eurofound is responsible for managing the agency and for representing it at the highest international levels. He/she is its legal representative and public face and is at all times accountable to the Governing Board. In this context, he/she will administer the agency, developing and implementing its strategic policy and work programme to reflect the decisions of the Governing Board.
