EGS type of initiative

There are many services potentially useful to the target group studied in this project (people who have worked previously but who are now absent for a period that qualifies them for disability benefits). However, the focus of this study is on employment guidance and counselling services, as these aim to create and maintain the crucial link between the individual and potential employers.
