EIROnline: EIRObserver
EIRObserver, the bi-monthly bulletin of the European Industrial Relations Observatory, was published from 1997 to 2004. It contains an edited selection of feature and news items, based on some of the reports supplied for the EIROnline database over each two-month period. From this page you can download electronic editions of each issue of EIRObserver, for reading or printing from your own PC.
EIRObserver is available for downloading as an Adobe Acrobat (.PDF) file. To read it you require the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you can download from the Adobe Web site.

Viewing Online: Click on the 'PDF' text above to view the file within your browser, if you have Acrobat 3.0 installed. The font sizes are much smaller than normal screen fonts, so it will be difficult to read unless you zoom in.
Downloading: Click on the 'Zip file' text to download the file only. You need PKUnzip or WinZip to uncompress the file after downloading. The files are 300KB - 400KB in size, so take about 3 - 5 minutes to download with a 28Kbps modem connection.
Printing: For best results, select the 'Shrink to Fit' option in the Acrobat Print Dialog Box.
