The Austrian branch of Nokia Siemens Network (NSN) is to lay off 95 employees in the frame of its global restructuring plan announced in November 2011 (see here).

The company, a telecommunications joint venture by Finnish Nokia and German Siemens, has registered 25 employees with the early warning system of the Public Employment Service AMS at the end of May and is to lay off additional 70 workers until the end of 2012.

The company currently employs 400 people in Austria.
