| COMMUNICATION DANS L'ENTREPRISE EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATIONS |
The more that trust and commitment on the part of employees are seen as means of securing the economic success of an enterprise, the more important internal information and communication become.
Organizing seminars, distributing information bulletins, defining objectives for each individual department or establishment and giving film shows are all examples of the methods used to disseminate information and ensure communication. Directed primarily at professional and managerial staff, they are also targeted at technical and production workers. The aim is to change the face of personnel management and present managers as leaders and advisers within the individual departments of the enterprise. This trend, whose feasibility is sometimes challenged, has not met with general hostility from the unions. It nonetheless raises the difficult question of the relationship between direct communication with employees and the more institutionalized machinery of discussion with their representatives.
