UNION COMMUNICATIONS

French law provides for only two methods by which trade unions can communicate information to employees within an enterprise: the display of notices and the distribution of printed material. The first method is open to all unions (see display of notices ), whereas only members of representative unions are guaranteed the right to use the second.

The content of the information communicated is decided by the unions themselves without any restrictions.
