Term customarily used to refer to expenditure incurred by the employee in the performance of work, which the employer is in principle under an obligation to reimburse. Such expenditure includes, for example, the costs of transport to other places to perform work and of business travel . Fraudulent claims for expenses constitute sufficient cause for dismissal on grounds of conduct and dismissal via summary termination .
