Vocational training is organized as a dual system . There is a distinction between company vocational training and statutory vocational training, which accompany each other. Statutory vocational training takes place in a vocational training school and its emphasis is on teaching vocational trainees theoretical knowledge relevant to particular occupations and extending their general education.
