REVISION OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT

Partial alteration or renegotiation of a collective agreement, the basic aspects of which remain in force. The process usually concentrates on those aspects of the agreement which are most dependent on the economic environment or are less stable, particularly pay ( pay adjustment ). There is a distinction between the revision of an agreement and its administration, which concerns the application, management or monitoring of the agreed provisions.
