Background
This Eurofound project is based on selected Working Conditions Surveys in six countries (Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Spain, and Sweden) and case studies carried out in two sectors - care services and construction - in these countries. It seeks to explore the nature of links between working conditions and social dialogue, in particular at workplace level, and to answer questions such as
- Do working conditions differ on the basis of the presence or absence of social dialogue structures?
- How does social dialogue influence working conditions?
Conference
The conference is organised by Eurofound under the auspices of the Czech Presidency. The results of the project will be presented and a discussion will follow among participants.
Participants
Participants will include experts involved in the project and Eurofound stakeholders. By invitation only.
