Open calls

Eurofound lists on this page calls for tenders that the Agency publishes in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJ).

Eurofound publishes its calls for tender on TED eTendering, which is an EU institutions' eProcurement platform. It allows free electronic access to all documents linked to calls for tenders such as contractual documentation, technical specifications, annexes, questions and answers.

Access to tender documents

Economic operators need to register with TED eTendering to gain access to tender documents. Once logged in, the TED users have the option to 'subscribe' to a specific call for tender in order to receive notifications for events such as the publication of new documents and may place questions related to the call concerned.

It is the tenderer's responsibility to check for updates and modifications to the tender documentation during the tendering period. These changes will be made available in the TED platform.
