- Provision of labour market information
Statistične informacije (Statistični urad Republike Slovenije)
Statistical data (Statistics Office of the Republic of Slovenia)
All sectors in the Slovenian labour market.
The Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia (SURS) offers up to date monthly and quarterly reports on labour market indicators. Three data sets 'by themes' relate to labour market issues. The first data set, 'Labour market', covers general labour market indicators, employment and unemployment rates, labour migration, and working hours. The second one, ‘Earnings and labour costs’, provides data about wages and labour costs. The third data set, ‘Quality of Life’, reports information about income, poverty, and social exclusion.
Data are obtained through statistical surveys that are carried out by the statistics office; these are set out in the annual programme of statistical surveys. In addition to data and visualisation charts, each issue contains a commentary, short methodological explanations, basic statistical definitions and a description of the survey.
