Abstract
В отговор на войната на Русия срещу Украйна ЕС активира своята Директива за временна закрила (ДВЗ) за хората, избягали от страната, като им позволи да се установят в ЕС и да получат достъп до основни обществени услуги и пазара на труда. До пролетта на 2023 г. повече от 4,5 милиона души са се възползвали от ДВЗ или подобни национални схеми за закрила в ЕС. През 2022 г. Агенцията на Европейския съюз за основните права проведе онлайн проучване сред хора, разселени от Украйна. Eurofound анализира резултатите от проучването относно преживяванията им при търсенето на достъп до заетост. В настоящия документ се изтъкват основните пречки, с които се сблъскват разселените лица, и се предлагат начини за улесняване на приобщаването.
