The third wave of Eurofound’s European Company Survey was carried out in 2013. It surveyed management representatives in over 24,000 establishments; where available, employee representatives were also interviewed – in 6,800 of these establishments. The European Company Survey captured workplace practices in terms of work organisation, workplace innovation, human resource management, direct participation and social dialogue. After setting out the findings, this report then examines how these practices relate to each other and to the outcomes for companies and workers. Overall, the European Company Survey 2013 finds that establishments that used joint employee-management decision-making on daily tasks, have a moderately  structured internal organisation, make a limited investment in human resource management but have extensive practices for direct participation score best both in terms of company  performance and workplace well-being.

    Трето проучване на европейските дружества — Практики на работното място: модели, ефективност и благополучие

    Автор(и):
    Eurofound

    Третата вълна на проучването на Еurofound на европейските дружества бе проведена през 2013 г. Проучени бяха представители на управлението в над 24 000 предприятия; където имаше такива, бяха интервюирани и представители на служителите — в 6 800 от тези предприятия. Проучването обхвана практиките на работното място в областите организация на труда, управление на човешките ресурси, пряко участие и социален диалог. След формулирането на констатациите, в доклада се изследва как тези практики са свързани помежду си и с резултатите за дружествата и за работниците. Общо взето в него се констатира, че предприятията, които използват съвместно вземане на решение от страна на служителите и управлението относно ежедневните задачи, имат умерено структурирана вътрешна организация, правят ограничени инвестиции в управлението на човешките ресурси, но използват силно развити практики за пряко участие на служителите, показват най-добри резултати както за ефективността на предприятието, така и за благополучието на работното място.
