Job quality in the EU
Based on the European Working Conditions Survey (EWCS) 2015 analysis, the data below accompany Eurofound's flagship report on working conditions and sustainable work and focus on job quality for different occupational profiles.
Through its EWCS 2015, Eurofound constructed seven job quality indices, representing different dimensions of job quality: Physical environment, Work intensity, Working time quality, Social environment, Skills and discretion, Prospects and Earnings.

In light of the UK’s withdrawal from the European Union on 31 January 2020, it should be noted that data published on the Eurofound website may include the 28 EU Member States, as the UK was covered in earlier research. This will be progressively amended to reflect the current composition of the 27 EU Member States.
