Pinploy

Pinploy, which mediates handyman services, provides workers with educational documentation related to performance of tasks and guidelines on conduct (improvement of relationship with clients for example). A chatbot as well as live support assists workers in navigating the platform and in performing tasks. The platform also facilitates exchange among workers on ‘what works and what does not’ as regards their platform work.
