    Arbejdsvilkår i Den Europæiske Union: Kønsperspektivet - Resumé

    Forfatter(e):
    Eurofound
    Efter undersøgelsen i 2005 gennemførte Eurofound yderligere dybdegående analyser af resultaterne fra de nøgleområder, der var forbundet med arbejdsvilkårene i EU. Et af de undersøgte områder var ligheder og forskelle i mænds og kvinders arbejdsmiljø. I analysen blev der set på mange specifikke aspekter af jobkvalitet – herunder arbejdstider, jobtilfredshed, forenelighed mellem arbejde og privatliv og arbejdsrelaterede helbredsproblemer – med det formål undersøge kvinders og mænds oplevelser på et arbejdsmarked under konstant forandring. Den kønsopdelte arbejdsdeling blev analyseret ud fra både de arbejdslivsmæssige og hjemlige perspektiver, og analysen gav indblik i mænds og kvinders arbejdsvilkår i de 27 EU-medlemslande. I denne folder opsummeres de primære udfordringer ved kønsdimensionen på arbejdet, og der gives et øjebliksbillede af hovedresultaterne af denne analyse.
