Heil declares war on cheap wages in digital platforms (Heil sagt Billiglöhnen in digitalen Plattformen den Kampf an)

The Federal Minister of Labour is planning to improve the working conditions for people working for digital platforms. According to the key points of the Ministry of Labour, self-employed platform workers should also enjoy social protections and appropriate working conditions in the future. The protection will only cover the food delivery riders, but will be extended to all platform workers, including platform workers in sectors such as the transport services and household services.
