So far, the union has not taken part in the protests of the riders. But with the inclusion of the figure of the delivery person in the new national collective labour agreement for logistics, the union gave a first signal. And now CGIL asks to ’negotiate the algorithms that decide when and how much people work’. (Italian: Finora il sindacato è rimasto fuori dalle proteste dei rider.
