    Riesgos psicosociales en Europa: Prevalencia y estrategias de prevención

    Author(s):
    Eurofound; EU-OSHA

    Este resumen ejecutivo se basa en un informe conjunto sobre los riesgos psicosociales en el trabajo, elaborado por la Agencia Europea para la Seguridad y la Salud en el Trabajo (EU-OSHA) y la Fundación Europea para la Mejora de las Condiciones de Vida y de Trabajo (Eurofound). Es el resultado del trabajo complementario de estas dos agencias, que
    se refleja en sus diferentes funciones. Reconociendo la complejidad de la relación entre salud y trabajo, el informe presenta información comparativa sobre la prevalencia de los riesgos psicosociales en los trabajadores y examina las asociaciones entre estos riesgos y la salud y el bienestar. Se considera asimismo el grado en que las empresas adoptan medidas para combatir los riesgos psicosociales y se describen las intervenciones que pueden realizar las empresas. Se incluye además un resumen de las políticas en seis Estados miembros.
