    Töötingimused Euroopa Liidus: sooline tegur - Kommenteeritud kokkuvõte

    Autor(id):
    Eurofound
    Pärast 2005. aasta uuringut tegi fond oma tähelepanekutest ELi töötingimuste põhiteemadel põhjaliku lisaanalüüsi. Üks vaadeldud teemadest oli meeste ja naiste töökeskkondade erinevused. Uuringus vaadeldi mitmeid töökvaliteedi aspekte, sealhulgas tööaega, tööga rahulolu, töö- ja eraelu ühitatavust ja tööga seotud tervisemõjusid, et hinnata naiste ja meeste kogemusi pidevalt muutuvas töökeskkonnas. Uuringus analüüsiti töö soolist jaotust nii tööelu kui ka eraelu seisukohalt ning toodi näiteid meeste ja naiste töötingimustest Euroopa Liidu 27 liikmesriigis. Käesolevas teabelehes tehakse kokkuvõte põhilistest soolise mõõtmega seotud probleemidest ja antakse lühiülevaade uuringu peamistest tulemustest.
