The SZW Inspectorate also concludes that Temper is an employment agency (Ook Inspectie SZW concludeert dat Temper een uitzendbureau is)

In a recently published report about Temper, the Inspectorate SZW concludes that Temper is a temporary employment agency rather than a mediation platform and that the people working for it are not self-employed but employees. This means that people working for Temper are entitled to an employment contract and must be paid in accordance with the temporary employment agreement.
