This study provides information allowing for an assessment of the representativeness of the actors involved in the European sectoral social dialogue committee for central government administration. The aim of Eurofound’s series of studies on representativeness is to identify the relevant national and supranational social partner organisations in the field of industrial relations in selected sectors. The study identified TUNED (representing employees) and EUPAE (representing employers) as the most important European-level social partner organisations in the sector.

    This study provides information allowing for an assessment of the representativeness of the actors involved in the European sectoral social dialogue committee for the central government administration sector. The goal of Eurofound’s series of representativeness studies, carried out at the request of the European Commission, is to identify the relevant national and European social partner organisations in the field of industrial relations in selected sectors. Based on this information, the involvement of the actors in European social dialogue is legitimised, as well as their right to be consulted under the provisions of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU).
