    Initiatives d’entreprises en faveur des travailleurs ayant à leur charge des enfants ou adultes handicapés - Synthèse

    Auteur(s):
    Eurofound
    Ce rapport décrit plus de 50 cas d’entreprises dans 11 États membres qui ont adopté des mesures afin d’aider les salariés ayant à leur charge des enfants ou adultes handicapés. Les principales initiatives prises par ces entreprises incluent: différents types de congés, la réduction du nombre d’heures de travail et des mesures d’accompagnement comme des informations, des conseils et un soutien pratique. Le rapport conclut que les mesures de sensibilisation sont particulièrement importantes, que les approches spécifiquement efficaces combinent mesures ciblées sur les soignants actifs et mesures concernant l’ensemble des travailleurs, que les cadres dirigeants ont un rôle essentiel à jouer pour aider les soignants actifs et qu’il est possible de trouver des solutions pour éviter que les salariés doivent quitter leur emploi ou leur permettre de reprendre leur travail. Une base de données électronique de ces cas est aussi disponible, tout comme une bibliographie annotée.
