    Dálaí Oibre san Aontas Eorpach: Peirspictíocht na hinscne - Achoimre Feidhmiúcháin

    Author(s):
    Eurofound
    I ndiaidh an tsuirbhé sa bhliain 2005, rinne FEDMOF anailís dhomhain ar thorthaí na bpríomhthátal a bhain le dálaí oibre san AE. Bhí na cosúlachtaí agus difríochtaí idir timpeallachtaí oibre na bhfear agus mban ar ceann de na téamaí a iniúchadh. Scrúdaigh an taighde iliomad sainghné de cháilíocht poist – uaireanta oibre, an chothromaíocht idir an obair agus an saol príobháideach agus torthaí sláinte a bhaineann leis an bpost– chun eispéireas na bhfear agus na mban a thomhais i dtimpeallacht oibre a bhíonn ag síorathrú. Rinneadh anailís ar an gcaoi ina roinntear obair de réir inscne ó pheirspictíochtaí an saoil san láthair oibre agus sa bhaile, agus tugadh léargas ar dhálaí oibre na bhfear agus na mban i 27 Ballstát an AE. Tugann an bhileog seo achoimre ar na dúshláin is mó atá ann maidir le diminsean na hinscne sa láthair oibre chomh maith le mionamharc ar phríomhthorthaí an taighde.
