    Author(s):
    Eurofound
    Bhí cleachtais solúbthachta na gcuideachtaí Eorpacha ina n-ábhar de Shuirbhé Cuideachta na hEorpa (ECS), a rinne Eurofound in 2009. Cuireadh agallamh ar bhainisteoirí agus, nuair a bhí siad ar fáil, ar ionadaithe na bhfostaithe i 27,000 cuideachta chun na cineálacha beart solúbthachta a bhí i bhfeidhm agus an chaoi inar baineadh úsáid astu a fháil amach. Léirigh na torthaí gurb é an cineál solúbthachta is coitianta atá i bhfeidhm i gcuideachtaí ar fud Bhallstáit an AE, na Cróite, Phoblacht Iar-Iúgslavach na Macadóine agus na Tuirce ná solúbthacht maidir le huaireanta oibre.
