How have MLP activities informed or influenced the way policy issues or themes are addressed at the national level? In what way have the MLP activities encouraged further exchanges between countries? These and other related questions will be discussed at a Dissemination Seminar of the Mutual Learning Programme (MLP) on 9 December 2016.

The seminar is organised by the European Commission Directorate on Employment, Social Affairs & Inclusion in Brussels, Belgium.

The seminar provides an opportunity to showcase and discuss the rich lessons and insights shared by government institutions and experts during the Mutual Learning Programme (MLP) four-year cycle. The seminar will focus on the value of mutual learning through practical experiences of international experts, national officials and policy makers around specific topics: skills, migration, youth and labour market reforms.

The seminar is targeted at international experts, national officials and policy makers that have or may benefit from mutual learning activities.
