Sažetak

The quality of the working lives of European citizens is strongly dependent upon the forms of work organisation within which they operate. This report examines the four main types of work organisation that exist in Europe, outlines the characteristics that distinguish them, and looks at their prevalence in terms of sector, occupation, company size and from a cross country perspective. The analysis is based on findings from the fourth European Working Conditions Survey carried out across 31 countries, including the 27 EU Member States. An executive summary is available.

    Nakon istraživanja provedenog 2005. Eurofound je izvršio daljnju detaljnu analizu rezultata dobivenih za ključne teme koje se odnose na uvjete rada u EU-u. Raznolikost oblika organizacije rada u Europi bila je jedna od istraženih tema i predmet je ovog izvješća. U tu su svrhu analizirani rezultati EWCS-a kako bi se izložile razlike u glavnim oblicima organizacije rada u različitim zemljama EU-a, s obzirom na strukturalne i demografske karakteristike te zastupljenost u pojedinim zemljama, što omogućuje definiranje različitih oblika i istraživanje odnosa između organizacije rada i različitih dimenzija kvalitete rada i zapošljavanja. Studija obuhvaća analizu veza između organizacije rada i praksi upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima (HRM), zajedno s pregledom organizacije rada u malim ustanovama i sektorima koji nisu “tržišni” – poput javne uprave i socijalnog osiguranja, obrazovanja, zdravstva i ustanova koje se bave socijalnim radom.
