Sažetak

The report provides an overview of the literature on innovative work practices and starts with an inventory of the many practices have been identified as innovative. The analytical part of the paper is based on Eurofound’s own European Company Survey (ECS). The dataset covers 27,160 establishments in 30 countries, probably making it the most extensive dataset ever used for this purpose and the only cross-national attempt. The four performance indicators are used: work climate, the lack of HR problems, labour productivity (compared with competitors) and the economic situation in the establishment.     Na koji način primjena određenih praksi upravljanja ljudskim resursima može djelovati na radnu uspješnost poduzeća? To vrlo kompleksno pitanje analiziralo se u prethodnom istraživanju, ali zbog nedostatka brojčanih podataka rezultati nisu uvijek bili zadovoljavajući. U ovom se izvješću koristi podacima iz Eurofoundova Istraživanja poduzeća iz 2009. kako bi se istražio odnos između pet inovativnih radnih praksi – fleksibilnog radnog vremena, financijskih poticaja (za veliki dio radne snage), obuke, samostalnih timova i glasa zaposlenika – i četiri pokazatelja radne uspješnosti: radne klime, nedostatka problema s ljudskim resursima, produktivnosti rada (u usporedbi s konkurencijom) i gospodarskog stanja u poduzeću. Jak pozitivan utjecaj može se naći za nekoliko od tih odnosa, čak i ako je ponekad teško ustanoviti što je uzrok, a što posljedica.
