Sažetak

Innovations in work organisation have the potential to optimise production processes in companies and improve employees’ overall experience of work. This report explores the links between innovations in work organisation – under the broader label of high performance work practices (HPWPs) – and the potential benefits for both employees and organisations. It draws on empirical evidence from case studies carried out in 13 Member States (Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, UK) of the European Union where workplace innovations have resulted in positive outcomes.     Inovacije u organizaciji rada imaju potencijal za optimiranje proizvodnih procesa u tvrtkama i unapređenje cjelokupnoga radnog iskustva zaposlenika. Ovo izvješće istražuje poveznice između inovacija u organizaciji rada – radnih praksi visokog učinka (HPWP-i) – i dobrobiti, kako za zaposlenike, tako i za organizacije. Ono se zasniva na analizi studija provedenih u trinaest država članica Europske unije u kojima su inovacije na radnom mjestu dale pozitivne ishode. Oni HPWP-i koji se zasnivaju na praksama kao što su racionalno upravljanje, fleksibilne radne prakse, redizajn radnih mjesta te uključenost zaposlenika bili su najčešće povezani s povećanom produktivnošću tvrtki, poboljšanjima u kvaliteti usluge i smanjenjem operativnih troškova.
