EurWORK's database of wages, working time and collective disputes collects various information on dispute resolution in the European Union. This includes the right to strike, the institutional framework of collective dispute resolution, collective disputes and collective bargaining, and dispute resolution in the public sector.
This map shows the predominant forms of collective dispute resolution based on usage within the EU. Conciliation & Mediation viewed as synonyms is the most common form in 2019.
