    Sálfélagslegar áhættur í Evrópu: Tíðni og forvarnarleiðir

    Author(s):
    Eurofound; EU-OSHA

    Þessi samantekt byggist á sameiginlegri skýrslu Vinnuverndarstofnunar Evrópu (EU-OSHA) og Evrópustofnunar um bætt lífskjör og starfsskilyrði (Eurofound) um sálfélagslegar áhættur á vinnustöðum. Hún byggist á öðru starfi stofnananna tveggja sem endurspeglast í mismunandi hlutverki þeirra. Í skýrslunni, þar sem staðfest er hið flókna samband á milli heilbrigðis og vinnu, eru birtar samanburðarhæfar upplýsingar um tíðni sálfélagslegrar áhættu hjá launþegum og sambandið á milli slíkrar áhættu og heilbrigðis og vellíðunar skoðað. Einnig er skoðað að hvaða marki fyrirtæki hafa gripið til ráðstafana til þess að vinna gegn sálfélagslegum áhættum og íhlutunum sem fyrirtæki geta gripið til er lýst. Yfirlit yfir stefnur sex aðildarríkja fylgir með.
