Dal 2016 Eurofound monitora da vicino il coinvolgimento delle parti sociali nazionali nella definizione delle politiche nell’ambito del ciclo del semestre europeo. Nel 2020 l’attenzione è stata rivolta al loro coinvolgimento durante i primi mesi della pandemia di COVID-19. Mentre la pandemia ha rappresentato una sfida enorme per il dialogo sociale, i risultati dell’analisi evidenziano in che modo il dialogo sociale possa costituire uno strumento efficace per orientare le iniziative strategiche e trovare soluzioni alle situazioni di emergenza che si ripercuotono su imprese, lavoratori, economia e società. È chiaro che la partecipazione delle parti sociali all’ideazione e all’attuazione dei piani nazionali di ripresa e resilienza nel 2021 sarà fondamentale per la ripresa e il rafforzamento del dialogo sociale in futuro.
