Įžanga

The quality of the working lives of European citizens is strongly dependent upon the forms of work organisation within which they operate. This report examines the four main types of work organisation that exist in Europe, outlines the characteristics that distinguish them, and looks at their prevalence in terms of sector, occupation, company size and from a cross country perspective. The analysis is based on findings from the fourth European Working Conditions Survey carried out across 31 countries, including the 27 EU Member States. An executive summary is available.

Darbo sąlygos Europos Sąjungoje: darbo organizavimas - Santrauka

    Authors:
    Eurofound
Atlikęs 2005 m. tyrimą Eurofondas nuodugniai išanalizavo išvadas, padarytas svarbiausiais darbo sąlygų ES klausimais. ES darbo organizavimo formų įvairovė – tokia buvo viena iš tirtų temų (ji aptariama šioje ataskaitoje). Šiuo tikslu EDST rezultatai buvo nagrinėjami siekiant nustatyti pagrindinius ES šalių darbo organizavimo formų skirtumus, išnagrinėti struktūrines, demografines ir tarpvalstybines ypatybes, padedančias apibrėžti šiuos skirtumus, ir ištirti darbo organizavimo ryšį su įvairiais darbo kokybės ir užimtumo aspektais. Tyrime aptariamas darbo organizavimo ryšys su darbo jėgos vadybos (DJV) metodais ir pateikiama darbo organizavimo mažose įmonėse ir „ne rinkos“ sektoriuose, t. y. viešojo administravimo, socialinės apsaugos, švietimo, sveikatos ir socialinio darbo, analizė.
