Managing director Stuart Gray said the new jobs demonstrated UK call centres could successfully buck the trend of companies using sites in India. Mr Gray said: 'We are delighted to have secured two very important contracts in the telecoms and personal finance sectors, that will allow us to create up to 115 new jobs.' 'We are demonstrating we can provide quality at the right price-point and buck the trend of offshoring call centres overseas.'
