Adare Manor hotel and golf resort is to expand its workforce by 300 this year. The positions will be in management, catering, hotel and spa staff roles. The hotel employs around 50 people at present. The Manor was bought by JP McManus in 2015, who is currently expanding the facilities on the site. It is expected that 600 construction jobs will be created for the expansion works.
