The Romanian producer and processor of meat Agro-Invest, has announced the collective dismissal of 124 people at its plant in Bistita-Nasaud. The redundancies will be implemented by 15 March 2018. While production will be discontinued, the company intends to retain 97 employees of a total workforce of 221.
The company did not issue any public announcement regarding the cause of the collective dismissal.
The unions did not react to the announcement as the company has no collective agreement in force.
