European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
B-Hive, an engineering and operational consulting firm specialising in the fields of industry, transport and construction, plans to recruit 150 people in 2021 to accompany its growth. The business turnover in 2020 was 40% compared to the initial expectations but the company is still growing and was able to raise funds to finance its activities which are more and more driven by digitalisation and 5G infrastructure deployment.
In order to reduce staff turnover, which is high in this sector, the company proposes a more social company policy, with working time arrangements, less rotation between customers and the installation of relaxation areas. Some 130 people were recruited in 2020. The company employs 300 people, for a turnover of €14.3 million.
