Bouchers Services, the leader in the processing of beef, pork and veal, has announced the opening of a recruitment campaign for 380 employees on permanent contracts. With a turnover of €55 million, the company works for 55 production sites and has a total workforce of 1,300 employees. The company expects to increase its workforce over 25%. The new employees will be assigned to various positions of production operators, managers (team leader, sector) or transversal functions (production planning, administrative, control, etc.). The company will train the new employees, it spends €2 million for training each year. "The pay is motivating, on average 35% above the minimum wage for 35 hours a week," according to the management.
