French hypermarket group, Carrefour, has announced that it will create 3,000 open-ended jobs in Spain in 2015. Carrefour is mostly looking at hiring young people who have team work skills and can be promoted within the company structure. Many of these, the company says, will be young people looking for their first job.
The head of human resources of Carrefour has stated that 86% of the workers of Carrefour are hired under an open-ended contract. Carrefour employs over 40,000 workers in Spain in 175 hypermarkets and around 400 supermarkets.
