Additional Information

The pharmaceutical group MSD has announced that it has signed a sale agreement for its Mirabel site in Riom near Clermont-Ferrand.  The agreement provides for the transfer of 352 employees to the Faréva group and the dismissal of the remaining 232 employees at the site. The Faréva Group intends to make additional investments of €100 million once the acquisition has been finalised. To reach €100 million, the group will have to create 4 production lines, which could represent 80 to 120 new jobs over the next 5 years.
