Additional Information

Producer of landing gear solutions Goodrich Aerospace Poland, a subsidiary of Collins Aerospace, announced that it will cut 226 jobs throughout a collective dismissal programme. The programme will be implemented at two company’s locations (Tajęcina and Krosno) by the end of September 2020. The company undertook this internal restructuring as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic; according to the company, measures included in the Anti-Crisis Shield (a package of laws aimed to support Polish companies amid the growing pandemic) will be insufficient to deal with the effects of the pandemic. Collins Aerospace is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the aerospace and defence industry.

Goodrich Aerospace Poland employs about 1,200 at its two sites.
