The US multinational PepsiCo, manufacturer, marketer, and distributor of beverages and snacks, has announced an investment of €70 million to establish its global digital hub in the metropolitan area of Barcelona. This center will create 400 jobs in the next three years and will be a large laboratory of highly qualified technicians in charge of coordinating the digital transition of the group worldwide. Two years ago, PepsiCo created its digital suite at its headquarters in Cornellà (Barcelona) to manage the entire process of collecting and analyzing information that is then the basis for making relevant decisions in the field of production, marketing, or advertising investment.
