The management of the PSA Vesoul site has announced the recruitment of 250 to 350 people by the end of 2019. This represents almost 10% of the current workforce of 2,600 employees (2,300 permanent employees, approximately 200 temporary staff). This recruitment plan is in line with the growth of the Vesoul site and the closure of the PSA plant in Hérimoncourt (Doubs), which recycles engine parts and employs around 200 people. Those employees will be reemployed within the group and mainly in Vesoul. The Vesoul site needs staff to meet new needs as it will become the global spare parts centre of the group. PSA Vesoul is looking for forklift truck operators, order pickers, operators for mechanical assembly on robot aisles, but also managers and maintenance personnel. PSA will take charge of people's training, which is qualifying training that will be recognised on the labour market.

The recruitment campaign is being launched this summer in order to have time to train staff by early 2020. These recruitments complete a first recruitment announcement of  100 employees in Janurary 2019.
