The Worldline group, which builds and secures software for financial transactions, has announced the recruitment of 300 employees by 2023 in the Centre Val de Loire region. The group is expected to create 200 jobs in its site at Tours (Indre-et-Loire) over the next 3 years. It is going to invest €9 million there in the creation of a new European R&D centre. It also plans to create 100 additional jobs at Blois (Loire-et-Cher).
A previous recruitment announcement took place in 2017 (750 jobs created in 2018). Worldline employs 11,474 people worldwide including 3,083 in France, and it has an annual turnover of €2.2 billion.
