Description

ZF Friedrichshafen announced plans to create up to 500 jobs in Germany this year. In total, the company plans to create 2,000 new jobs worldwide. As reported, the job creation is due to the expansion of its activities and return of sales. ZF Friedrichshafen is one of the biggest automotive suppliers in Germany. Within 2013, the company created 2,000 new jobs.

In the past years, ZF created thousands of jobs in Germany due to business expansion: in 2007, 1,200 new jobs were announced and in 2008, 650 ones. Between 2010 and 2012, the company created between 150 and 200 jobs at its site in Saarbrücken and in addition, 2,000 new jobsin the whole country within 2011. In the end of 2011, the company announced plans to employ 900 additional people.
