    Inquérito Europeu às Empresas 2009: perfis de flexibilidade das empresas europeias - Resumo

    Autor(es):
    Eurofound
    As práticas de flexibilidade das empresas europeias foram o tema do European Company Survey (ECS) realizado pela Eurofound em 2009. Foram entrevistados os responsáveis e, quando existiam, os representantes dos trabalhadores de 27 000 empresas, para determinar o tipo de medidas de flexibilidade existentes e a forma como estas medidas eram utilizadas. Os resultados revelam que o tipo de medida de flexibilidade mais comum nas empresas em todos os Estados-Membros da UE, na Croácia, na Antiga República Jugoslava da Macedónia e na Turquia é a flexibilidade dos horários de trabalho.
