Head of Organisational Support Unit, Eurofound

Mattanja de Boer heads up the team responsible for Organisational Support in Eurofound. Responsibilities cover programme planning, project and process management, procurement, organisational performance reporting and evaluation. She joined Eurofound in 1996 to develop its publishing and information management activities. This followed eight years with Wolters Kluwer publishing house in various management roles. Mattanja holds an MSc in Educational Sciences from Utrecht University. In 2010, she completed an MBA (Hons) in Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM).
