Sumar

Innovations in work organisation have the potential to optimise production processes in companies and improve employees’ overall experience of work. This report explores the links between innovations in work organisation – under the broader label of high performance work practices (HPWPs) – and the potential benefits for both employees and organisations. It draws on empirical evidence from case studies carried out in 13 Member States (Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, UK) of the European Union where workplace innovations have resulted in positive outcomes.     Inovările privind organizarea muncii au potenţialul de a optimiza procesele de producţie din cadrul întreprinderilor şi de a îmbunătăţi experienţa generală a angajaţilor la locul de muncă. Prezentul raport analizează legăturile conexiunile dintre inovările privind organizarea muncii – practici de lucru de înaltă performanţă – şi avantajele atât pentru angajaţi, cât şi pentru instituţii. Raportul se bazează pe analiza studiilor de caz realizate în 13 state membre ale Uniunii Europene, în care inovările la locul de muncă au avut rezultate pozitive. Practicile de lucru de înaltă performanţă bazate pe practici precum gestionarea eficientă, munca în echipă, practici de lucru flexibile, reproiectarea locului de muncă şi implicarea angajaţilor au fost cel mai adesea asociate unei productivităţi mai mari a întreprinderii, unei calităţi superioare a serviciilor şi reducerii costurilor operaţionale.
